5] She isn't an illusion

Jaipur Shiv Mandir,

Author's POV

Rudra took steps forward and everyone's eyes fell on his bare back they were all shocked including Garvi who trembled in fear seeing that tattoo of lord Shiva on his naked back, her all senses went blank and her throat dried in fear, how it can be possible? That tattoo was the same tattoo she saw in her dreams which were full of horror and pain, Her body started to tremble in uneasiness, Is he the same man about whom she dreams every night?

Tears streamed down from her eyes making her senses blank, he couldn't come out like this, she knew he wasn't the same man, she was just hallucinating things, that man was just her Imagination, which wasn't in her control not then not now, she knew this isn't reality, she is dreaming again, maybe hallucinating that wild creature.

She came out of her thoughts and moved her feet in anxiety, and the sound of her one anklet echoed in that silent and peaceful atmosphere.

Rudra again halted listening to that sweet voice now he was sure that she was here, but he didn't search for her not he averted his eyes from the temple, he forwarded his palm and Araysh quickly gave him a rubber band, he tied his shoulder length hair in a messy bun and marched towards the havan kund without paying any attention to anyone.

peoples who caught a glimpse of his heavenly gorgeous face was just mesmerized after looking at it, they were sure that he directly walked out of the Greek mythology.

From the corner of the temple where well-reputed people were standing, two beautiful brown eyes stared at him with so much love, Tara admired the extremely handsome man from afar, She was lucky to have seen him from her childhood because the outside world had never seen him before, but she got that chance because her father was business partner of Rathod's, but she never got chance to go near him, because he never let anyone come near him, not his siblings, not cousins, not her.

But how desperately she just wanted one look from him, but little did she knew she couldn't have him not in this life, maybe not in the next life too, that man was so different than any other man she ever met, dark and mysterious, but these two things were the most intoxicating things about him that attracted her the most, he was the toughest puzzle of her life which she wanted to solve giving her whole life to him, but if he wanted accept her.

She came out of her thoughts sensing her father's Harinath Maheswari's comforting hand on her back, She glanced at him and he said in a low voice, "I talked with Gayatri Ji about your and Kuwar Sa's marriage."

Tara's face flushed Hearing it she lowered her head shyly knowing that her father caught her looking at him, but after seeing her blushing face Harinath just chuckled.

Rudra sat down in front of the holy fire and the head priest started to chant the Sanskrit mantras, Rudra followed every ritual that the priest told him to do, but the smile that was gracing his beautiful lips didn't leave, her eyes just roaming inside his head and the sweet voice of that anklet was still resonating in his ears, with the last mantras he threw the flowers in the holy fire and got up from his seat he joined his hand in front of the temple and turned towards his family.

He glanced at the elders of his family and as Royal, he followed the Rule and touched their feet just to show the outer world how well-mannered prince he was, If they knew the demon behind that beautiful facade that he kept hidden from the world they would hide inside their homes skipping his sinful eyes.

Digvijay glanced at his third grandson and said in his authoritative voice, "Do you have any explanation for coming with the dirty body in the temple? Or if you don't have it I can forgive you this time, At the end you first time bowed down in front of him, if it's for position still I don't mind."

Rudra's smile widen upon hearing his grandfather's statement he went near his grandfather's ear and whispered without losing his calm, "That's why you never understood me, Mr. Digvijay Singh Rathod, Do you think I give fuck about your property or your shitty Royal status and who needs your forgiveness, I don't own you anything to obey you, fuck your status and fuck your forgiveness I don't give a shit about anything or anyone."

The way he spoke out those incoherent words it was visible that he didn't like that old man, but it was common for the Royal family to hear those words from his mouth or see him addressing his grandfather by his first name but who never knew that he always does this, and heard what he said was shocked as hell, they knew the power Digvijay Singh Rathod holds but his grandson was disrespecting him and he didn't react it was hard to take at once but they forgot the person who disrespected him was Rudra Pratap Singh Rathod.

Ratnamala Devi looked at her favorite grandson and let out, "Ladesar, Aaj ka din chhod dijiye, hum aaj koi vighn nahi chahate jaiye Bhagavan se aashirvad le lijiye."

Rudra glanced at his Dadisa (grandmother) and nodded his head with that same wide smile like he hadn't done anything a few minutes ago, he forwarded his feet when that same sweet voice of Anklet reached his ears.

He stopped in the same place and closed his eyes suddenly he turned to glance at the spot from where that voice came and saw so many females standing on the one side of the lake but this time he didn't stop himself and his feet moved towards them, his coal black orbs tried to peek under their veils to find familiar onyx eyes, but suddenly something caught his eyes, and a smile came across his lips he moved his feet towards her ignoring Gayatri who said something to stop him but he wasn't in his senses anymore to listen what she said.

Everyone was standing there bowing their head in respect and fear, but Garvi didn't bow her head she held it high, as if she knew it was her biggest mistake she would have never done it, Rudra Pratap Singh Rathod never liked People disrespecting him, and she did it, it was her first mistake.

When Garvi saw him turning towards her direction she quickly closed her eyes in fear and began to tremble like a dry leaf but her head was still high taking his whole attention towards her, Her heart was thumping inside her ribcage her beautiful fingers were holding the red veil tightly on her head not wanting to let it fall, that tattoo was continuously haunting her mind, that was the same tattoo that she always saw in her dreams but today after seeing it, in reality, she was traumatized, she closed her eyes tightly and prayed in her heart to all God.

All of sudden the sun which was shining in the sky hid behind the dark clouds that came into the sky out of nowhere.

The weather changed drastically and it was looking like rain would come at any moment, The wild wind started to blow fiercely, giving everyone a message that the storm was awaiting on the way, Rudra didn't care about his surroundings he just wanted to see that girl's eyes.

Her red veil was transparent showing her beautiful face but he didn't even glance at her face for once, his eyes were stuck on her eyes which were closed, he wanted her to open them and look at him but she was closing them like a stubborn bud of flower who doesn't want to bloom, the female which was standing in front of Garvi gave him space to walk further without any word from him.

Garvi was rooted in her place, and tears flowed from her eyes remembering that horrible dream, Her body shuddered when a rich, strong, wild scent hit her nostrils, and she understood that the man in her horrible dreams was standing in front of her.

Everyone from the Royal family was looking at the scene with their eyes wide open in shock, Rudra wasn't the man who ever cared about women, this time was something they had never imagined.

Prabhakar's eyes widened seeing the scene, and fear settled down inside his heart, but Veer (Garvi's brother) was looking at that indifferently, his brown orbs turned towards Araysh, who was looking at Garvi with fear and concern in his eyes, and a smirk came on his face, but when he turned his eyes towards, his sister and saw her tears, his smirk instantly vanished into thin air.

Rudra didn't divert his eyes from her eyes and forwarded his hand towards her veil, and everyone's eyes widened in fear and shock, the biggest rule of a royal family was on the verge of breaking, lightning crashed in the sky, clouds collided with each other making sound and the loud gunshot echoed in the atmosphere, the veil which was Garvi clutching flew but she quickly caught it and hid her half of face and only her eyes were on display.

She slowly opened her eyes hearing the loud gunshot and her eyes fell on that heavenly gorgeous face, but the first thing she noticed wasn't his handsome face but the darkness which was swirling in his coal black eyes, her eyes travelled from his face to his chest and tears fell from her eyes.

Rudra glanced at her beautiful teary eyes and smiled wholeheartedly Finally he caught her.....and now it was the beginning of a new myth, the myth of the destruction of his Queen.
